Pre shipment photos for stickers before the mailer closes

Pre shipment photos for stickers are pictures of the sheets that are going in the mailer. The catalog image was made to sell the design. The photo that belongs with the shipment is this stack, laid flat, before the flap closes.
I make Proof for that moment. You write the specs you already agreed. You attach the photos. Both sides Confirm by email. The buyer keeps one link. It is a shared pre-ship record. It is not notarization.
The sheet count is the whole argument
Temporary tattoo sheets, sticker packs, and other thin flat goods disappear into a poly mailer. A dozen sheets can look like one. The fight is usually small: the design, the count, a crease, a short sheet, or a finish that was not the one in the chat.
Buyers of those packs often want the photos before they pay, or before you ship. A listing photo will not settle it. Crop a chat image or save it again and the file is no longer the one they sent. The sentences around it live in a thread one of you may not still have when the envelope arrives.
Pre shipment photos for stickers hold the written count next to the original files, and both people press Confirm on that same page.
The parcel rush is already priced
On October 7, 2026, Transportation Insight published Transportation Industry Trends: October 5-9, 2026. Peak-season surcharges are live at UPS, FedEx, and OnTrac. UPS package-characteristic demand surcharges went live September 27. FedEx followed September 28. USPS holiday pricing took effect October 4. Service-level and residential demand surcharges at UPS and FedEx arrive October 25 and October 26, with the highest levels around Thanksgiving.
Halloween is Saturday, October 31. A lot of what people are mailing this month is light: sticker sheets, temporary tattoo packs, flat fashion mailers. The number on the label does not say which sheets were inside.
One page, then you ship
Proof is a shared pre-ship record.
- Agreed specs, written once. The design, the sheet count, the size, and any crease or short sheet you already flagged.
- Photos of the sheets that are leaving, laid flat so the count is visible. Proof stores each original and a SHA-256 hash of that file. A later swap will not match.
- Both sides Confirm by email. They open a link in a browser. No app. They Confirm with the email you invited.
- One
/plink. After both of you confirm, the page is read-only. That is the link the buyer keeps.
Start at Proof. The public sample is a key handover: the sample Proof. Same shape: terms, photos, both people confirmed, one link. To write one for a sticker mailer, open a shopper packet.
Free is 3 packets a month. Pro is $24 a month or $240 a year through PayPal. The person you invite does not pay to view the page or to Confirm. Questions: hello@yuefetch.com.
What this is not
Proof is not a notary, and it is not a certified timestamp. The time on a photo is whatever the phone reported. A hash shows whether the stored file changed after upload. It does not show who held the camera. Confirming by email is not an identity check. I built the page so both sides could point at the same sheets before the mailer left.
