Buyer seller photo agreement before the carton closes

A buyer seller photo agreement is the page both of you can still open after the carton is gone. The listing photo was made to sell the item. The photo that belongs on the agreement is this unit, on the table, before the tape goes on.

I make Proof for that moment. You write the specs you already agreed. You attach the photos. Both sides Confirm by email. The buyer keeps one link. It is a shared pre-ship record. It is not notarization.

The photo in the chat is a different file

A screenshot shows that someone sent an image. Crop it or save it again and the file is no longer the one they sent. The sentences around it live in a thread one of you may not still have when the box arrives.

A buyer seller photo agreement holds the written specs next to the original photos, and both people press Confirm on that same page.

The holiday send-by dates are already out

On September 22, 2026, the U.S. Postal Service published Postal Service Recommends 2026 Holiday Mailing and Shipping Dates. For expected delivery before December 25 in the lower 48, USPS says to send Ground Advantage and First-Class Mail by December 17, Priority Mail by December 18, and Priority Mail Express by December 19. Ground Advantage to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories is a day earlier, December 16.

Those dates tell you when the label should be on. They do not tell you what was in the carton. The thing worth locking before you race a cutoff is the piece both of you already saw.

One page, then you ship

Proof is a shared pre-ship record.

  • Agreed specs, written once. The piece, the size, the color, the count, and any flaw you already flagged.
  • Photos of the piece that is leaving. Proof stores each original and a SHA-256 hash of that file. A later swap will not match.
  • Both sides Confirm by email. They open a link in a browser. No app. They Confirm with the email you invited.
  • One /p link. After both of you confirm, the page is read-only. That is the link the buyer keeps.

The public sample is a key handover: the sample Proof. Same shape: terms, photos, both people confirmed, one link. To write one for a sale, open a shopper packet.

Free is 3 packets a month. Pro is $24 a month or $240 a year. The person you invite does not pay to view the page or to Confirm. Questions: hello@yuefetch.com.

What this is not

Proof is not a notary, and it is not a certified timestamp. The time on a photo is whatever the phone reported. A hash shows whether the stored file changed after upload. It does not show who held the camera. Confirming by email is not an identity check. I built the page so both sides could point at the same piece before the label went on.

Ship with a record both sides confirmed

Lock the specs, real photos, and dual confirmation before the parcel leaves.
